The unfinished yellow pine flooring install is coming along. Ed is still at the property finishing up the installation in the alcove off the main living area as I type this; he hopes to lightly sand the floors yet this week and apply at least one coat of tung oil (we purchased a 50/50 citrus solvent / tung oil blend from the Real Milk Paint Co.).
