Estate Sale Wok

I love going to estate sales and rummage sales. I usually have a short mental list of things I am looking for. As an example, I am hoping to build a mobile coop this year for chickens or ducks, and so am looking for cheap wheels. However, there is always a risk of finding something you do not really need, but somehow you talk yourself into purchasing.
Such was the case at the first estate sale I went to this year. Because I usually look for tools, I start in the basement of a sale and work my way upstairs. In this basement, I came across a very large wok - about 24 inches across. While it will fit on our gas stove, it is ridiculously oversized. That did not stop me from buying it. At $25 it cost more than I am usually willing to spend at an estate sale, but it is heavy and made of carbon steel. The folks running the estate said the homeowner was from the Philippines, so I imagine it saw a lot of use. Because we grow a lot of vegetables, I thought it would be fun to use in the summer for a quick stir fry. It will fit on our turkey fryer, so we can use it outside and not heat the house up. How could I not buy it?
